I am grateful for all the media who have done interviews with me and helped create awareness about my new book on the Trail Blazers’ late, great small forward. But it is particularly nice when the interviewers have taken the time to read the book.
It is clear that Mike Parker and Jon Warren had done so prior to our interview Tuesday on KEJO-radio (1240 AM). Mike summarized the content of the book and caught its essence so perfectly, I should have hired him to write its press release. Both he and Jon asked pertinent questions about various parts of the book and led me down paths I’d not gone down in previous interviews. They did their usual professional job, and it was a pleasure to be on with them.
